The Pastoral Counseling, Leadership & Training Ministry of Kayole Church of Christ exists to provide spiritual guidance, encouragement, and biblical support to individuals and families while developing leaders who can faithfully serve the church and its community.

Through pastoral counseling, prayer, mentoring, discipleship, Bible-based teaching, leadership development, and ministry training, we seek to help people navigate life's challenges, grow in their relationship with God, and discover how they can serve according to their gifts and calling.

The ministry also works to equip current and emerging leaders with the knowledge, character, skills, and spiritual maturity needed to serve effectively. We believe that healthy churches are built when people are spiritually grounded, cared for, and equipped to lead and serve others.

To provide compassionate, biblical guidance and counseling while equipping and developing faithful leaders who can serve Christ, strengthen the church, and positively influence their communities.
